Supporting and Assisting the Credit Union movement throughout Pennine Lancashire

ELF is a company limited by guarantee and was established in 2004. It was initially formed to support the credit unions based in Rossendale to work collaboratively to support their growth. Since then other credit unions have joined and benefited from the support available.
